


MyWashAccount App/Online Setup
We'd be happy to assist with your request about your membership. You are able to make changes to your membership by coming into the office at either our Powder Springs or Austell location, or on our "MyWashAccount" app (i.e. update your debit/credit card, upgrade/downgrade your existing membership, add a new tag, or cancel your membership*). For account security we do not cancel memberships over the phone or via email. To change the tag on your membership you must stop by the office of either Paradise Falls location. If you are unable to stop by the office in person, we've included step by step instructions on how to set up and manage your membership via our app. See our Terms & Conditions here.
If it’s your first time using our new app feature, you’ll just need to register and set up your membership for online access.

Click “LOGIN/REGISTER” at the bottom of the 1st screen.

Select “REGISTER HERE” at the top.

Enter your email address (this will be your username)

Enter your current Tag Number

Enter the Last Four Digits of the current card on file

Last you will be sent an email to verify and complete the setup process. (be sure to check your spam folder as well as your inbox)
You’re all set to access and manage your unlimited membership.

As mentioned above, through your online account access you can do things like update your debit/credit card payment information, upgrade/downgrade your existing membership*, add a new tag or, cancel your membership***, or visit our online store to purchase gift cards, pre-paid washes, and more.
