Can I use the vacuums and amenities if I do not want to wash my vehicle?

Our vacuums and amenities are available for $5.00 without an active unlimited membership or a single wash purchase. Just pull up to one of the pay stations and purchase the 'Vacuum Only' option from the main screen. If you have an active unlimited membership, just pull up to the pay station and the gate will open so you can access the vacuum lanes, after the License Plate Readers scan your vehicles' tag. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH THE EXIT ONLY VACUUM LANE.

How do I sign up for an Unlimited Wash Memberships

A: You can easily sign up for an Unlimited Wash Membership either by visiting any Paradise Falls Car Wash location or through our secure online service.

How do I pay for my monthly unlimited wash membership?

Accepted Answer

Member's credit/debit card is  automatically charged  every 30 days  after  the anniversary/signup date,  until  the membership is cancelled in person or online. Membership payment is due every 30 days,  until  cancelled in person or via our app. Memberships payments each month are for "access to our services" for 30 days after payment is received. No refunds will be given for early cancellations, unused time/access, or cancellations made outside our  Terms & Conditions .

How do I use my unlimited membership?

We Have the Newest Innovation for Our Unlimited Members! Simply pull up to the pay station in either entrance lane and our automated, tag recognition technology system will automatically read your tag for the membership, every time you come to wash​​.

How often can I use my unlimited wash membership?

Memberships are truly UNLIMITED! You can wash everyday if you like, as long as your Membership is in an ACTIVE status.

How many vehicles can I use my unlimited membership for?

Each membership is valid for use on  ONE TAG ONLY   and  ONLY  on the tag attached to the Member's Account.  TAG MUST BE AFFIXED TO THE VEHICLE.

Can I change to a different unlimited wash membership?

Unlimited Plans may be upgraded or downgraded at any time. You can make changes by stopping by the office of any Paradise Falls location or  Manage your account  by registering for online account access  HERE .

I need to cancel my unlimited wash membership. How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Memberships must be cancelled in person at any Paradise Falls Car Wash or online via our website. Memberships  cannot  be cancelled over the phone or via email for account and personal information security. Click  HERE  to learn how to cancel online. Cancellations must be processed  at  least seven (7) days before your next automatic billing date, to stop your recuring membership payment. No refunds will be given for early cancellations, unused time/access, or cancellations made outside our  Terms & Conditions .

How do I manage my account online?

You can manage your membership(s) via  MYWASHACCOUNT . You can update your debit/credit card, upgrade/downgrade your existing membership, add additional vehicles to your account, or cancel your membership. For setup instructions click  HERE .

Yes, we proudly offer discounts to veterans, service providers, first responders, and even family plans as part of our Unlimited Wash Packages.

Terror Falls is our annual Haunted Car Wash, as Paradise is transformed into a unique drive-through haunted house experience every October.

What if I purchased a new car and need to change the tag on my account?

Stop by the office of either Paradise Falls locations, and a Team Member will gladly asist you with your tag change. Members are allowed one tag change a year free of charge. A tag change fee will be applied for any additional tag changes.
